Ingredients for Blommemuffins

1 | dl | Skimmed milk |
150 | g | Wheat flour |

50 | g | Raisins |
600 | g | Plums, fresh, pitted |
75 | g | Sugar |
90 | g | Oatmeal, finvalsede |
Instructions for Blommemuffins
To prepare the Blommemuffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip eggs and sugar white and frothy. Term the flour in the batter along with the baking soda and vanilla sugar. Gently stir in oatmeal, oil and milk in.
Udsten yolks and cut them into small pieces. Turn the raisins and plums in the dough.
Divide the batter in small muffin cups. Use paper molds instead of to lubricate them.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180 degrees c. alm. oven.
Tips:
Parpirforme can also be used. They can be purchased in all major supermarkets. Use only paper molds set the double, since pasties otherwise flowing out.

Plums can be substituted with apples, Nectarine or Peach.
