650 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Blackcurrant jam
To prepare the Blackcurrant jam recipe, please follow these instructions:
The berries are ribbed and rinsed.
The rinsed berries are boiled in the water for 5 minutes. Under cover.
The sugar is sprinkled with stirring. The jam is given a boil, after which the beans are filtered off and filled with hot, Atamon-washed glass.
Boil the juice for 3-5 minutes, foam, add Atamon and pour over the berries. The glasses are closed.
