1 | tsp | Baking soda |
1 | dl | Cocoa |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
1.25 | dl | Oil |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
2 | dl | Sugar |
2.5 | dl | Coffee ready made |
2.5 | dl | Milk |
4.5 | dl | Wheat flour |
5 | dl | Whipped cream |
Instructions for Black Magic Chocolate Cake
To prepare the Black Magic Chocolate Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 175 degrees C. alm. oven.
First mix the dry ingredients together and then add the rest of the ingredients. Whip the dough at minimum speed for approx. 2 min. (The dough is very thin)
Bring baking paper in a frying pan of approx. 30x40 cm. And pour the dough in.
Pour the cake in the middle of the oven for approx. 35-40 minutes.
Cool the cake on a grate.
Pour the cream into a bowl and add sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Whip it together into a powerful "chocolate mousse".
When the cake is completely cooled, decorate it with the cream and place it in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
tips:
This cake is best after a few days in the fridge. Served cold.
