Instructions for Biscotto di Prato
To prepare the Biscotto di Prato recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Shake the almonds for a couple of minutes in the oven and chop them gently with the pine nuts. Place the flour on a plate or kitchen table. Make a dip in the middle and fill in eggs and other fine ingredients, as well as a salty salt. Eel until the dough is soft and blend with almonds and kernels. Roll the dough into long sausages, lubricate and grind the baking paper with a good distance between them. Brush with a little egg touched with water and behind the bars for 15 min.
