Instructions for Berg's easy buns

To prepare the Berg's easy buns recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix yeast and the lukewarm water in a large bowl.

Put the cereal mixture (or sunflower seeds) in a small pot of boiling water. Let the cereals boil for 3 min. Stir around once in a while. Pour the grains into a sieve and let them drip off.

Mix the oil, salt, grains and graham flour in the bowl with yeast and water. Finally mix the wheat flour - a little at a time - in the dough. If you think the dough is too sticky, add more flour. I prefer that it is a little sticky.

Let the dough raise for 1 hour a warm place covered with a damp cloth to keep it dry.

Then beat the dough and form 25 buns (I form them with a tablespoon). Now turn on the oven. Leave the balls to adhere for 15 minutes. Covered with a damp cloth.

Bake at 220 degrees C. alm. Oven approx. 15 min.

The buns also taste good with raisins and / or cranberries.
