To prepare the Beef tenderloin steak with red wine sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
The beef tenderloin is freed for seniors, cut into 4 slices that are easily knocked by hand.
Season with salt and pepper and fry in light brown butter, approx. 3 min. on every side. The meat is taken up and kept hot under the stanol roll.
The onions are peeled and chopped, the mushrooms are cleaned and cut into slices.
The onions are spun in a pan in the remaining butter from the steak plus extra butter, then add the mushrooms and onion and mushrooms are switched for 3-4 minutes.
Red wine and whipped cream are added and it all boils approx. 5 minutes or until it is even.
Season with salt and pepper, add color.
Pour the sauce into a small pot and keep it warm.
Butter is put on the forehead and the small boiled potatoes are heated in it.
