Instructions for Beef in the wok
To prepare the Beef in the wok recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the beef into strips as thin as a pencil.
Clean the vegetables. Cut the toe in thin rings. Cut the cabbage fine. Cut the celery sticks with the leaves into pieces of approx. 1 cm. Cut the tomatoes and apples into thin boats. Chop the garlic cloves.
Warm the oil in the wok. Switch the loops. Bring the meat to the wok and switch it. Bring cabbage, celery and apples in. Flip it a few times and put the tomatoes in. Flip some times.
Bring soy sauce, garlic, oregano and olives in. Taste with salt and pepper.
Put the wok on the table and serve the dish with rice and chinese soy.
