1 | Onions in slices | |
1 | tsp | Corn starch |
1 | dl | Beef broth |
1 | tbsp | Oil |
1 | tbsp | Grated ginger |
1 | tbsp | Soy sauce |
1 | tsp | Sugar |
1 | tbsp | Water |
100 | g | Bean sprouts |
2 | tsp | Sesame oil |
2 | tbsp | Black bean sauce |
350 | g | Rumpsteak in strips |
75 | g | Sugar peas |
Instructions for Beef Bean Sauce
To prepare the Beef Bean Sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oil in a wok and lightning garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Bring onion and meat on the forehead and lightning streak for 3 minutes until the meat is brown. Take it off the forehead and set it aside. Heat the sesame oil on the forehead and lightning red pepper, bean sprouts and sugar peas 1 minute. Add black bean sauce, soy, broth, sugar and evenly and cook with constant stirring until the sauce thickens. Bring the meat on the forehead and warm the right through.
