Instructions for Bean salad VII
To prepare the Bean salad VII recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the beans and cook them in leached salt for approx. 5 min, they still have to be crisp. Immerse them immediately with cold water and let them drip into a sieve. Blame the cocktails and cut them in half. Spread the beans and plots on a dish. Shred the dressing and pour it over while the beans are still warm. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Plan the parmesan to thin thin shavings with a potato peel and decorate the salad.
