1tspCurry
1Small handful thyme
1.5Egg white (in Cup or two from alm eggs)
100gButter beans (lima beans)
100gCorn
2Eggs
5dlSkimmed milk
50gMozzarella
50gBlack beans

Instructions for Bean gratin

To prepare the Bean gratin recipe, please follow these instructions:

Beans are healthy, filled with proteins (even more than beef!) And they taste delicious a cold autumn day.

Beans must be in water for at least 12 hours before use; They are quite poisonous without ....
Boil the beans in RENT water for one hour.
Preheat the oven to 200g while mixing the beans with corn, spices, herbs, salt, pepper and milk in a saucepan and cook for about 5 minutes. Instead of corn you can also put green beans (and make the 100% bean gratin) or other vegetables that are not too watery. If you want to use carrots or similar, you should blank them first so they are not raw.
