250gMushrooms
300gBrown beans. dried
500gTomatoes

Instructions for Bean casserole with rice

To prepare the Bean casserole with rice recipe, please follow these instructions:

The beans are soaked in ample water for 10-12 hours in the refrigerator. The water is poured and the beans boil for 1 hour in plenty of water. Pour the water off.

Cut the onions in half slices and lightly oil them in a saucepan.

Cut the peppers and mushrooms into strips / slices and put it in the pan. Let it simmer 5 minutes. Add garlic.

Cut the tomatoes into pieces, mix with bowl and broth and pour it into the pan. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.

Stir some corn oil into a little water and evenly. Finally add beans and stir around.

Decorated with finely chopped parsley.
