0.5 | cup | Water |
1 | tbsp | NAMA shoyu (soy sauce) |
1 | tbsp | Raw apple cider vinegar |
3 | tbsp | Apricot oil (or other mild oil) |

To prepare the Basic miso dressing recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender. It gives a 1 cup and it keeps itself in a few weeks in the refrigerator.

Tips:
Variations – try to add any of the following: 1 tablespoon chopped onion 1-2 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon fresh ginger ½ teaspoon orange peel or lemon peel a little freshly ground pepper Or, try to replace vinegar with lemon or orange juice. If you are using a dark miso, you can add a date.
