To prepare the Bananis 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

The banana mashes well with a fork and tastes with nutmeg. Egg yolks and honey are whipped until the mixture is foamed and stirred with the milk. Mix the mashed bananas and heat the mixture over low heat until it starts to get thick. Beware, because it burns easily !. Let the mixture cool off.
