2tspVanilla sugar
225gSugar
3Ripe bananas

75gMelted margarine

Instructions for Banana-Chocolate Cake II

To prepare the Banana-Chocolate Cake II recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dough: Whip the eggs with the sugar.
Sift flour, baking soda and vanilla sugar together and turn it into the egg yolks.
Mash the bananas together with lemon or lime juice and stir them in the dough with chopped chocolate. Turn the melted, chilled margarine in and fill the dough in a greased form,
(About 20x25 cm.) Bake the cake at 180 degrees for approx. 35 minutes. Let it rest in the mold for 5 minutes before turning it on a grate for cooling.

Chop the chocolate and melt it over the water bath with the margarine.
