To prepare the Banana Cake with no fat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whisk eggs and sugar together thoroughly with a hand mixer until it is light and airy. Mix the flour and baking powder. Mix the milk and eggs in banana bog, and stir this mixture into the batter alternately with the dry ingredients.
Fill the dough in a greased springform, and behind the approximately 50 minutes at 150 °. Let the cake cool ca. 10 min. in the mold before it loosened and flips out on a rack.
