Instructions for Bamboo Chicken
To prepare the Bamboo Chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
The meat is cut from the chicken and cut into small square pieces. Flour and some salt and pepper mix together. The chicken pieces are turned into egg whites and flour mixture. Then fry the pieces in oil (friture) at approx. 175 degrees for a few minutes. The mushrooms are cut into quarters and frying stews together with the bamboo meat in the same way as the chicken pieces. Then fry chicken, mushroom and bamboo sauce on the forehead in a little oil together with soy sauce, rice wine, chopped leeks and ginger, salt and pepper. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Then level with a little potato flour and water. Put it all in a bamboo tube and put it in the oven at approx. 175 degrees for about 30 minutes or until you can smell the bamboo.
Directions: The dish is served in the bamboo tube with Chinese rice.
