Ingredients for Baklava II
1 | tsp | Cinnamon |
1 | tsp | Nelikker |
100 | g | Almond flakes |
125 | g | Unsalted pistacier save 2 tablespoons for garnish |
125 | g | Walnuts |
165 | g | Sugar |
180 | g | Butter |
250 | ml | Water |
375 | g | Honey |
500 | g | Filo |
Instructions for Baklava II
To prepare the Baklava II recipe, please follow these instructions:
You can use all kinds of molds to make the baklava with.
All nuts blend really well and mix with sugar, cinnamon and nikkel.
When the nuts are ready melt the 180 g of butter and use it to brush the filode with.
Lubricate the shape, put 1 layer of filename - & gt; Brush to brush for each layer of filo.
The lower layer must consist of approx. 8-10 team filo.
Then you take approx. Half of the nuts and sprinkle over.
Repeat the same method, but with approx. 5-6 team filo.
Then sprinkle the rest of the nuts outwards.
Repeat the same code, this time with approx. 4-5 team filo. Then the top should be brushed.
Cut out squares, cut down to the middle layer approx. When baklava has been baked, cut through completely.
Bake in the oven at 180 * approx. 30 min.
When done, silver foil must be put on, and then baked approx. 20 min. At 180 *
The sugar filling must be boiled when boiling, turn it down and simmer for a while.
It must stand and cool down.
It is very important that the sugar fill is poured onto the baklava once it has just got out of the oven, so it sucks best.
At last, sprinkle the 2 tablespoons. Pistachios and the whole baklava.
