To prepare the Baked turkey breast with mornay sause potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
The potatoes are peeled and cut into very thin slices. The onions are peeled and cut into slices (not necessarily in the rings). Put a layer of potatoes in a refractory dish. Put a layer of onion on top and sprinkle well with salt and pepper. Repeat this until the dish is almost filled (there must be at least 1 cm to the edge) pour the mornay sauce over and add the milk (poured into the side). In the end you can sprinkle some rasp over, but it is not a must.
The butter dough is rolled out. The turkey breast is dried in a roll of kitchen and put on the butter dough. Grease a good layer of spicy butter cheese over the chest. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and pack the turkey breast into the butter dough. Put this in a refractory dish.
Put both items in a preheated oven (hot air - 200 degrees) for approx. 60 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the turkey is finished.
tips:
In order to save time, I have tried to use the slices of potato discs from net / facts. I did not think it was a success, but it's taste and pleasure.
