To prepare the Baked squash with parmesan crust recipe, please follow these instructions:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.

In a shallow dish, mix bread crumbs, parmesan, Rosemary, cayenne, salt and black pepper to taste good together, be careful with the salt as the cheese itself is pretty salty.

In another shallow dish, beat eggs and oil together.
