Instructions for Baked squash with parmesan crust
To prepare the Baked squash with parmesan crust recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
In a shallow dish, mix bread crumbs, parmesan, Rosemary, cayenne, salt and black pepper to taste good together, be careful with the salt as the cheese itself is pretty salty.
In another shallow dish, beat eggs and oil together.
'S squashene and halvér them lengthwise halves with cut surfaces. lay down and halvér them once again lengthwise. cut these strips crosswise.
Then, each strip in egg and then in the parmesan mixture, for they are covered with breadcrumbs.
Place them slightly apart on the baking plate. Behind them 5-7 minutes on each side until the crust is crisp and lightly browned. Turn them on and off during baking.
Serve them hot or warm.
