To prepare the Baked rhubarb with ice recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rhubarb is washed well and cut into about 2 cm pieces. Be turned around with sugar, cinnamon and ginger. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees 20-25 minutes c. alm. oven in a baking dish greased with butter.
