Instructions for Baked pizza

To prepare the Baked pizza recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dough:
Stir the yeast into the lukewarm water in a bowl. Add oil, salt and flour (keep some flour left). Beat the dough well together. Cover the dish with eg. A lid and style the dough to raise a loose place for approx. 40 min.

Tomato Sauce:
Melt the butter in a saucepan by high heat, but without burning. Season the chopped onion and garlic in it. Add tomatoes, salt and sugar. Cook the sauce by even heat and without lid for approx. 20 minutes. Taste like The tomato sauce must be "dry".

Filling:
