Instructions for Baked pear in pancake
To prepare the Baked pear in pancake recipe, please follow these instructions:
The bulbs are peeled and the core housing is pulled from the bottom. Add water, sugar, lemon and vanilla and boil and when the sugar is dissolved, add the pears that are just in the layer without boiling for about 12 minutes. Then put it all cold until the layer has cooled. (This approach may vary slightly in relation to the maturity of the bulb. Hard bulb longer time / fashion bulb less time.) The bulbs are picked up and the excess layer dried off. The core house is stopped with nougat and the bottom is closed with marcipan. A little bit of the layer from the pears is boiled up and the pochers thin thin strips of porridge, just cooked almost tenderly in the layers. The pancake is pulled around the bulb and closed with the porcupine. The bulb is placed on baking paper or greased plate and baked in the oven, at 185 ° C for about 20 minutes until the pancake is crisp. Serve with fresh blackberry or pickled cherries.
