125 | g | Butter/margarine |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
2½ | dl | Milk |

3 | tbsp | Orange Marmalade |
3 | tbsp | Cacao |
3-4 | tsp | Coffee powder (nescafé) |
350 | g | Sugar |
360 | g | Flour |
50 | g | HP orange peel |
Instructions for Baked pancake cake with orange
To prepare the Baked pancake cake with orange recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg and sugar frothy. Melt the fat and let it swell. Stir the fat into the egg yolks. Mix flour, baking soda, cocoa and vanilla sugar and stir in the dough alternately with jam and milk. Add orange peel.
Bring the dough into frying pan about 30x40 cm. And behind approx. 45 min at 175º. Let the cake get cold.
Cream:
Melt the chocolate. Stir fat and flour together. Stir the egg yolk together with vanilla sugar and coffee powder. Stir the chopped chocolate in. Spread the cream over the cake and make it possible. Pattern with a fork.
Cut the cake into small squares for serving.
