To prepare the Baked mashed potatoes - peaks recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mashed potato mashed with potatoes mashed with handles with a little butter and milk - do not get too thin. Season with salt and pepper.
Put the moss in a syringe bag (if not used then use a freezing bag and cut a small hole in the corner).
On a baking sheet sprinkle the sauce to small peaks and sprinkle with thyme.
Bake at 200 g in a regular oven, not in hot air as they can collapse for 20-30 minutes or until they are golden brown on top.
tips:
Can be spiced with other spices, I think the thyme goes well with potatoes.
