Ingredients for Baked Lime and Passion Fruit Cheesecake

1¼ | dl | Meat of passion fruit |
125 | g | Melted butter |
2 | tbsp | Fresh lime juice |
2 | Letpiskede eggs | |
250 | g | Sweet biscuits |
3 | tsp | Corn flour |
3 | tsp | Grated lime |
500 | g | Cream cheese |
Instructions for Baked Lime and Passion Fruit Cheesecake
To prepare the Baked Lime and Passion Fruit Cheesecake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grease a 20 cm spring form and put the baking paper in the bottom. Preheat the oven to 160 °. Crush the biscuits in the food processor and mix the butter. Pressed into the bottom and up the edges of the mold. Cool 30 min.
Whip cream cheese, sugar, glue shale and juice with cream whipped cream. Whip eggs and fruit in some times. Pour the mixture into the mold and back for 45-50 minutes. Let it cool completely.
For decoration mix sugar, maizena and 2 tbsp. Water in a small pot and low heat. Stir it evenly, add another 2 tablespoons. Water and fry meat and stir until the mixture boils and becomes thick. Bring the hot mixture over the cold cheesecake, spread evenly and let the cake cool. Put it in the fridge overnight.

For this recipe, meat must be used from approx. 8 fish passion fruit.
