2 | tsp | Nutmeg, freshly grated |
250 | g | Feta. 50 + |

Instructions for Baked creamy cheese pasta
To prepare the Baked creamy cheese pasta recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil fusilierne in a pot of boiling water with added salt. Sifted and 2.5 dl of cooking water is stored. The paste is put aside to cool off.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees c. alm. oven and butter a ca. 2-litre casserole dish with olive oil.
Whisk cream, egg and the saved boil water in a large bowl until smooth. Add the crumbled feta cheese, flour, ground nutmeg and salt and pepper.
Pour the cooled pasta in the buttered casserole dish. Pour the cream mixture over and sprinkle with grated cheese.
