1 | tsp | Baking soda |
100 | g | Butter |
135 | g | Sugar |
180 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | Apples | |
3 | Egg yolk | |
3 | Egg white |
Instructions for Baked apple cake with meringue
To prepare the Baked apple cake with meringue recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg yolks and sugar foaming.
Melt the butter and let it cool off.
Add flour and baking soda gradually with the butter.
Add the milk.
Peel the apples and cut them in either or write (what you like most).
Turn on the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. oven.
Pour the dough into a mold and place the apples on top.
There may be Sprinkle a little cinnamon over the apples.
Bake the cake for approx. 20-25 min.
While the cake is baking, it's time for the marcel.
Whip the egg whites and gradually add sugar until it is whipped stiff.
Remove the cake and spread the marlin on top and back again at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 20 min. Until the marcel is golden.
