Instructions for Bacon Roulade

To prepare the Bacon Roulade recipe, please follow these instructions:

Flake Bacon on a frying pan
Spread the raw chopped beef over the bacon, leave a few cm free on one side.
Chop well and spread over beef beef.
Spices spread over beef and onions, not to be saved as both beef and bacon suck richly, and some disappear with the meat juice into the mold.
Roll it together into a roulade so they end with the strip of bacon without beef.
Secure the end with toothpicks so it holds the shape.
Step on top of warm air for 30 min at 200 degrees after 20 min on grill, still 200 degrees.

Served with potatoes / rice and fresh salad.

(Probably also made on a grill, but have not tried this.)
