Ingredients for Bærkage

1tspVanilla sugar
100gIcing sugar
200gWheat flour
200gButter
200gSugar
4Eggs
75gFrozen berries

Instructions for Bærkage

To prepare the Bærkage recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn on the oven at 175 degrees, and line an oblong shape (1 ½ litres) with baking paper.

Getting all the ingredients in a blender, and blend it all together.
Then pour the batter into the mold.

Cake bake for approx. 60 minutes at 175 degrees.

Glaze: Stir icing sugar and bærsaft together with a spoon.
