3 | tsp | Palm sugar (gula jawa) or extra kecap manis |
3 | tbsp | Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis) |
4 | clove | Garlic |
8 | whole | Chicken legs |
Instructions for Ayam Goreng
To prepare the Ayam Goreng recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 180 degrees C. alm. oven.
Put the chicken thighs in a frying pan.
Blend garlic, ginger and add salt and pepper as needed until a greased lot is obtained. Mix the mass with the soy sauce and palmit sugar. Pour the mixture over the chicken pieces. Let the meat pull in the mixture for about 20 minutes.
Bring the pan in the middle of the preheated oven. Let them roast for approx. 35 min. And remember to turn them over and over
