Wheat flour for Breading
Bay leaves
Pepper
Saffron
Salt
Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
½Chicken
1cloveGarlic
1Red onion
10gGinger root
20gLemon grass
5smallRødechilier

Instructions for Ayam Bakar Kecap

To prepare the Ayam Bakar Kecap recipe, please follow these instructions:

Turn on the grill or oven at 225 degrees

Start cleaning the chicken pieces. Divide the chicken into 4 equal pieces

Blend garlic, red onions, saffron, ginger, lemongrass and add salt and pepper as needed until a pulp is obtained.

Bring water into a pan and cook the chicken pieces together with the blended. Let it boil for approx. ½ hour or until the meat is tender

Crush the chili and mix it with Kecap Manis
Grease chicken pieces with chili mixture and pan with flour. Come to chop pieces in oven or grill until dark brown
