It all blends into a smooth consistency.
Pour on a shake glass, cover with film and put on the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Now you have a delicious healthy dessert that reminds you of a silky soft mousse.
Are you more of a healthy smoothie, you can add another 1 dl. Milk until you have the desired consistency.
The kiwi is primarily added because it removes the slightly bitter taste that bananas can have.
If you cool the dessert for too long, the topsheet will turn brown.
It can only be prevented if you put the avocado on top, but I think it is sinking into the mousse.
Should the mousse / smoothie be really green and even healthier, you can mix a handful of raw spinach leaves with.
