Instructions for Australian squash pie
To prepare the Australian squash pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grease a pie dish approx. 21 cm in diameter.
Cut bacon into small tern and chop smoothly. Bacon and onions are shaken. The squash is roughly peeled with peel and the cheese is roughly torn.
Mix the bacon / onion mixture with grated squash, grated cheese, wheat flour, baking soda, oil, egg, salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture into the greased dish.
Bake 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees C. alm. oven.
The surface must be light brown.
