Instructions for Au gratin squash
To prepare the Au gratin squash recipe, please follow these instructions:
Squasherne cut in half lengthwise. Put them on a baking pan, covered with baking paper.
Fry the prawns on a dry nonstick pan (tube all the time in them) in 5-7 min. along with minced garlic, grated ginger, half the tomatoes and chopped herbs.
Advantage the prawns on squashene, place cheese slices on top and sprinkle with a little dried oregano.
Behind the squasherne in a 150 degree C. alm. oven, until golden and cheese is melted.
Server them with a big salad.
