Ingredients for Asian yogurt chicken

Virgin olive oil for frying
Pepper
Salt
0.25tspCayenne pepper
0.25tspFreshly grated nutmeg
0.25tspWhole cumin seeds
0.25tspWhole fennel seeds
0.25tspMadras Curry
0.25tspGround ginger
0.25tspGround cinnamon
0.5tspMustard powder
1Cucumber peeled and chopped into fine dice
1000gRipe tomatoes chopped into fine cubes

4tbspGreek yogurt for mounting of the sauce
4tbspVirgin olive oil
4.5dlGreek yogurt

Instructions for Asian yogurt chicken

To prepare the Asian yogurt chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut each chicken into 6 pieces (breasts, thighs and drumsticks). Mix all ingredients for yoghurtmixen and pour this over the chicken. Lots thoroughly and mariner flesh in the refrigerator overnight.

Sauce: Hot Virgin olive oil up in a pan. Add the garlic, red onion and cucumber and sauté for 5 – 10 minutes. Getting spices and tomatoes into the Pan and simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Take the Pan from the heat.

Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. Take the chicken pieces out of the marinade, scrape the marinade and save it for later. Fry the pieces of Golden in Virgin olive oil on the skin side, season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Put the chicken pieces in the oven and bake them for 25-30 minutes. Let chicken pieces rest 5 minutes before serving.

Warm the sauce up again. Add the marinade from yoghurtmixen and add the Greek yogurt for mounting of the sauce. Cook a couple of minutes and serve the sauce over the chicken pieces.
