Instructions for Apricot-pancakes
To prepare the Apricot-pancakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip egg with milk, flour and sugar in a bowl. There must be no lumps in the dough.
Melt a stick butter on a small forehead. Pour so much dough that it can just spread across the forehead in a thin layer.
Put the pancakes light brown on both sides. Pour the rest of the pancakes and fill them with the heated apricot marmalade, roll them together and put them in an ovenproof dish.
Keep them warm. Just before serving, sprinkle with chicory and ground hazelnuts.
tips:
Apricot cakes can be made in advance and heated in the oven before serving.
