½dlWater
½rodVanilla, cereals thereof
1dlSugar
2-3dropsLemon oil
300gApricots, dried
300gDark chocolate for coating

Instructions for Apricot dreams

To prepare the Apricot dreams recipe, please follow these instructions:

Temper the dark chocolate. Brush 2 moulds with chocolate, fill up and give the shape a light blow at the table. Pour the filling out and scrape clean, so all molds are now upholstered in a wide layer of chocolate as a must. Style it in the freezer in 1-2 minutes, so it just sits. Let it solidify cold.

Boil sugar and water together for about 5 minutes, and let it be for a thick but clear syrup. Let the syrup cool.

Blend the dried apricots for a good lot, mix with syrup, vanillekorn and a few drops of lemon oil. Place with 2 spoons. Style in the freezer for 2 minutes, and then cool style, for they are solidified. Turn them off and keep them cool and dry.
