Instructions for Apple Roll (Strudel)
To prepare the Apple Roll (Strudel) recipe, please follow these instructions:
The flour with the butter and stir then crushing it with salt, eggs and water to form a smooth dough that is kneaded to the allow themselves to stretch out. Be covered in a warm place 1/2 hour.
Wax paper placed on a table and sprinkled with a little flour. Be laid to that end and rolled the dough thinly, the apples are distributed on the dough, sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon, raisins, almonds, and small pieces of butter.
Then promises to gently peel off in one end, and rolls the dough together into a not too fast scrolling, as placed on a greased baking sheet, brush with beaten egg.
Bake in a hot oven approximately 200 degrees C for about 40 min.
Serving: serve warm or cold, if desired. with a custard.
