100 | g | Icing sugar |
125 | g | Brown sugar |

300 | g | Butter |
400 | g | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Apple Pie with new taste
To prepare the Apple Pie with new taste recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir in butter, brown sugar and icing sugar together well. Stir in the egg yolks one at a time. Add the cinnamon and vanilla sugar. Mix flour and baking soda in and quickly collect the dough. put the evt. cold 1/2-1 hour.
Roll or press dough into half of a pie dish or small roasting pan about 20 x 30 cm.
Peel the apples, share them in half, remove the flower, stem and core and put them with the curved side facing in the pie bottom.
Scroll the rest of the dough out and put over as a lid. Cut some scratches in the dough, so the steam can escape.
Behind the tart 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven.
Server the pie warm with whipped cream or creme fraiche.
