To prepare the Apple Pie, big, high-fat and good sweet recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dough: 525 g flour 175 g butter, 175 g sugar and 1 egg (-1/2 egg white) + evt. a little water.
Of the ingredients produced pastry. Rolled out on Queens paper etc. The dough should fill the pie form m. edge + ca. 20%. Put pie plate on top of the rolled dough, cut 2 cm from the edge and remove unnecessary dough = approx. 20% used for strips. Turn the dough with dejform and pull the paper away, so the dough falls down in form.
Remonce: 75 g flour, 75 g sugar, 75 g butter 75 g finely ground walnuts and stir together with a spoon or a pestle. It is distributed in an even layer on top of the dough in the pie plate.
Freed from the Apples cored and cut into slices no more than 1 cm wide. The discs are arranged on top of the remoncen in the tart bottom and dejstrimlerne are arranged a little artfully on top of the apples. Brushed with the 1/2 øggehvide.
175 degrees for 1 hour.
Tips:
All apples are not too mature can be used. The acid is best (cooking apples) Walnuts may be replaced by Hazelnuts.
