To prepare the Angels-dessert recipe, please follow these instructions:
The egg whites are whipped to staple foam with the salt (remember the bowl and do not whip the grease). Then add the sugar slightly at a time while whipping and finally vinaigre and vanilla sugar. A refractory form that contains approx. 1.5 liters, lubricated and sprinkled with flour, in which the marbles are distributed. Form it like a top to the middle. Bake on the bottom groove in the oven at 150 degrees for approx. 30 min. Then the heat is set to 175 degrees, and the dessert bakes an additional 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and descend. Served cold. Whipped cream is whipped to foam, spread over the marrow and top of the fruit.

The dessert is really so you hear the angels sing, but slimming is not!
