Instructions for Anderi Light (Anderillette)
To prepare the Anderi Light (Anderillette) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rub the Duck thighs thoroughly with salt and sugar and style them cool 4 hours. Rinse the meat lightly, put it in a pan or a baking dish, add the spices and fat and simmer small two hours under the lid.
Take the soft cooked thighs up, freeing them for skins and pick the meat to fine texture with two forks. Put the meat in a bowl, pour the sky and customize fat over and style it cold 30 min. Stir riletten to an appropriate consistency and serve it with the accessory portion.
