Ingredients for Ananaskage I
1 | tsp | Baking soda |
1-2 | can | Pineapple into small pieces |
250 | g | Wheat flour (5 dl) |
250 | g | Butter/margarine |
250 | g | Sugar (2 ½ cups) |
4 | Eggs | |
50 | g | Almonds |
Instructions for Ananaskage I
To prepare the Ananaskage I recipe, please follow these instructions:
The sugar is stirred white and foaming with the fat. The eggs are stirred for one at a time and thoroughly stirred after each egg. Flour and baking soda are mixed together and turned into the dough.
About 2/3 of the dough comes in a greased spring form. The pineapple pieces are carefully drained and distributed over the dough. The almonds are given a boil, sliced and sprinkled.
The rest of the dough is laid with a spoon in small blemishes.
The cake is baked at 170 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 1 hour or until it is golden and pierced.
The cake can be served lukewarm with whipped cream or cold, decorated with pineapple.
