275 | g | Wheat flour |
45 | g | Sugar |
50 | g | Brown sugar |
500 | g | Apples |
Instructions for American Apple Pie II
To prepare the American Apple Pie II recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and chop the butter in, add the egg yolk and knead the dough with a little cold water.
Pat the dough out with your hands in a small baking pan and put the peeled Apple pulp.
Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the apples, drizzle with melted butter.
Bake approximately 25 minutes at 225 degrees C alm. oven.
Tips:
Variations: the cake can be made with fresh plums, peach or apricot.
