Ingredients for Amager chops

400 | g | Onion |
500 | g | Pork chops |
600 | g | Savoy cabbage |
800 | g | Potatoes |
Instructions for Amager chops
To prepare the Amager chops recipe, please follow these instructions:
Season koteletterne with salt and brown them quickly on a hot pan. Arrow the onions, cut them into thick slices from top to root and saute them in the fat.
Share the cabbage into pieces and let Cook 4 -6 4 -5 minutes in salted water. Peel the potatoes, cut them into about 1 cm thick slices and let them cook in salted water 4 -5 minutes. Let the cabbage and potatoes drain away.
