100 | g | Cherry jam |
2 | Eggs, divided | |
3 | dl | Cream |
30 | g | Almonds, peeled and chopped |
4 | leaves | Isinglass |

Instructions for Almond Pudding
To prepare the Almond Pudding recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sliced chopped almonds to be boiled with the cream. Eggs and sugar are stirred. The cream is dripped while stirring. Cream is warmed to boiling point, but must not boil. The soaked house blast is melted therein. The cream is cooled. Before stirring, mix whipped cream and pinch egg whites. Put the cherry jam in a bowl.
