To prepare the Absinth III recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sugar knalderne are placed on a spoon, and pour over absinthen. Set fire to the knalderne sugar and let them melt. When the sugar is completely melted stir the remnants down knaldene in the glass of absinth and water added to taste.
