To prepare the A packet of beef medalion and feta cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:
The meat is browned on both sides in a pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper taken up. The sponges are shaken on the forehead until they are dry. The fillet cutter is cut into 22x22 cm large panes. There must be 2-3 layers for each package. Between each layer the dough is brushed with oil. The mushrooms come to the bottom of the dough. Put the medallion on and feta cheese and basil are sprinkled over. The dough wraps around the filling like a bag, then brush with egg and sprinkle with birch. Put the packs on baking paper and baked in the oven at 200ยบ for approx. 15 min. Onion and garlic are chopped in oil in a small saucepan. Balsamic vinegar poured and boiled for 1 min. The tomatoes are poured and the sauce is boiled for approx. 5 min. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
