Instructions for 6-day smoothie
To prepare the 6-day smoothie recipe, please follow these instructions:
The bulb and apple can possibly. Peeled (I did) core huste removed and they cut into the tern. Peel the fruit and grapes and peel the peppers into smaller pieces. Everything on the spinach is blended with a spell blender, possibly over several times. First remove the spinach just before it is used when it cools the smoothie. Can also be blended with a good quality rod blender. It all blends into a uniform mass.
tips:
It looks like most mosquito water but it tastes really good. One should not be afraid of experiments to make it easier to get their 600 grams of fruit and vegetables a day. I weighed the whole amount before I mixed it and there were 550 excl. carrot juice. Feel good if you finish with 2 slices of whole grain bread with cheese.
