Instructions for 5: 2 Winter pot
To prepare the 5: 2 Winter pot recipe, please follow these instructions:
Brown the meat in a thick pot and season with salt and pepper. Cut one lemon into quarters and add it with crushed garlic, thyme and water. Boil and let the dish smash for approx. 20 minutes.
Clean all the vegetables and cut them into mashed slices / pieces. Put them in the pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Until the vegetables are tender. Season with the juice of half lemon, salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley for serving.
The dish may be evened, and rice, potatoes, couscous etc. can be served. It is not included in the 275 Kcal
